About GrantLens

GrantLens was built to help people find funding for their programs in one place, instead of searching across several portals. We bring federal, state, county, and foundation grants together into a single, searchable platform made for US nonprofits.

The problem we set out to solve

For most nonprofits, finding grants is the hardest part of getting funded — not because the money isn't there, but because it's scattered. Federal opportunities live on Grants.gov and SAM.gov. State programs sit on individual agency websites. County and city grants are buried in local government portals. Foundation funding is spread across dozens of separate databases and PDFs.

A grant writer at a small organization can spend hours every week checking the same portals one by one, hoping not to miss a deadline. That time should go toward programs and applications — not toward hunting.

What GrantLens does

GrantLens aggregates opportunities from federal, state, county, and foundation sources and normalizes them into one consistent, searchable interface. In one place you can:

  • Search federal, state, county, and foundation grants side by side
  • Filter by location, category, funding level, amount, and deadline
  • See plain-English summaries of dense funding announcements
  • Track upcoming deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Get AI-assisted matching based on your organization's mission and focus areas

Who it's for

GrantLens is made for the people doing the funding legwork at US nonprofits — executive directors wearing every hat, development and grants managers, board members, and the consultants who support them. If your work depends on finding the right funding before the deadline, this is built for you.

Where we cover

We aggregate national federal opportunities alongside deeper regional coverage, and we're expanding toward full national coverage. Current focus regions:

  • South Florida
  • Bay Area

Who's behind GrantLens

GrantLens is built and operated by Kojo Analytics LLC, a data and software team focused on making public information more useful and accessible. We combine direct integrations with official government sources and careful data normalization so that the grants you see are accurate, current, and easy to act on.
