Grant Requests

The Ahmanson Foundation accepts grant requests from 501(c)(3) organizations, prioritizing organizations based in or serving Los Angeles County. Applicants submit a Letter of Inquiry or full proposal by postal mail, and the Foundation reviews requests at quarterly Board meetings or weekly executive committee meetings. Support is generally for one project at a time and rarely as sole funding.
