HEAL Trauma programming serves youth and families who live in designated racially segregated and high poverty communities that have been impacted by trauma. It addresses the negative impacts of trauma and provides resources to allow those impacted to increase protective factors and build resiliency.
The HEAL Trauma program provides funding to support initiatives that help youth and families in racially segregated, high-poverty communities affected by trauma. Eligible applicants are organizations working directly with these communities to enhance resilience and protective factors for those impacted.
