Kresge Community Finance is a $30 million program-related investment (PRI) finance offering to certified Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFI) and quasi-public or private Development Finance Agencies (DFA) expanding opportunities for low-income people in America’s cities. The foundation will select applications through a competitive Request-for-Proposals (RFP).
The Kresge Community Finance program offers $30 million in financing to support certified Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs) and Development Finance Agencies (DFAs) that are working to create opportunities for low-income individuals in urban areas. Eligible applicants include certified CDFIs and quasi-public or private DFAs.
